The folks at SERVPRO are top notch in just about everything they do. From setting up estimates, performing remediation, helping with reconstruction and resolving issues, the team really goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. The office staff is excellent on following through on commitments and even jumped in to help at job site when needed. The crew lead by Andrew was always willing to work with me even when the project timeline shifted due to unforeseen issues. This is a company I feel can really be trusted with any sized project and their focus on customer service was clearly a priority in my case. I strongly recommend the crew at SERVPRO for any remediation work and/or reconstruction needs that you may have.

These guys are amazing, they explained the process of what they do and how they do it. I could not ask for a better service experience in about the worst time of life. As my house was filling with water Dart explained how to get the water off and was at my door with his crew within what seemed liked minutes !!!

A pipe burst inside my kitchen wall, giant first time homeowner's nightmare, black mold and all! I called my homeowners insurance and they sent a plumber out the following business day. He told me that he wasn't doing any repairs until I had a restoration company come out and repair the secondary damage. He recommended Quick Dry. I called them - they said they would come to my house between 11-3pm, but showed up at 9pm at night and asked I pay up front. He told me it would be thousands of dollars without even looking at the damage. I then did some research online and found Dart and SERVPRO. I left a voicemail thinking they would follow up in the morning because it was 10:30pm, nope! The owner, Dart answered and put my mind at ease that everything was going to be okay. He came to my house that night and got to work getting everything repaired and ensured I had a safe living environment for my family. Dart made me feel like family. He made it his priority to get everything encapsulated/contained immediately so my children had clean air. I know this is something you never want to happen to your home. SERVPRO was a huge blessing.  Dart followed up with me about the plumbing issue, he sent a tech out to fix my pipe and put in a temp sink for me while we waited for the new cabinets and counter tops. If I could give this business 20 stars I would. I highly recommend SERVPRO, forever grateful for their quick and professional service.

Dart explained exactly what was going to take place and followed up the next day. I could not be happier with my experience. Considering I did not want this experience in the first place. When our main line sewer backed up, SERVPRO of Big Bear did an outstanding job. The contaminated water overflowed the shower pan and spread across the bathroom floor and into our carpeted bedroom. When called by our insurance company, they arrived quickly and worked efficiently and kept us informed about each step of the recovery process. We are so grateful and highly recommend them.

Came out at 9 in the evening for a flood I had in the home and continued to follow up until the floors were dry. They took down wet ceilings and walls as well as removed wet carpet padding then put the dry carpet back down until I could get contractors in to start the work. I would hire them again but hopefully will never have to.
