Awesome sauce

We had flooding from the storms this week and after being essentially blown off by other water removal companies, including being told to "google how to remove ground level water infiltration", and that there were no resources available unless it was a burst pipe ( I suspect because that covered by homeowners insurance and flooding is not). Anyway, I called Servpro and Jeff actually answered, and then gave me detailed advice on what steps to take and how to mitigate damage. He told me to call back any time during the weekend, it was Saturday, with questions . He showed up the next day to look at what we had done and give more advice . Working with Jeff feels like working with a member of your own family who is extremely knowledgeable and generous! I am so grateful! He will always be my first call in a disaster!

My dog had the runs the on the rug in the place I was staying. Called these guys on Friday night and they had someone there Saturday at 9AM. Totally professional and did an awesome job! I can't recommend these guys enough.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE! I normally don’t post reviews however Production Crew Chief, Michael Gaffney and his crew with Serve Pro deserve the praise. Not only were they quick to respond , they were also beyond professional,. Michael walked us through the process and explained in detail what the procedures would be to clean up massive water damage. Within 3 days, process was completed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A pipe burst inside my kitchen wall ,flooded my cabinetry, giant first time home owners nightmare! It was seriously catastrophic, black mold and all . I instantly called my home owners insurance that was less than helpful, they sent a plumber out the following buisness day and he told me that he wasent doing any repairs until I had a restoration company come out and repair the secondary damage, he reccomended a buisness call “quick dry”, I called quick dry - they said they would come to my house between 11-3pm , they showed up at 9pm at night and asked I pay up front for repairs , told me it would be thousands of dollars with out even really looking at what was damaged ( it was dark outside, and the outside of my house was also leaking water). I then Did some research online and found Dart restoration ,Servpro , I figured I’d leave a voice mail and they would follow up with me because it was 10:30pm , nope ! the owner, Dart, answered and put my mind at ease that everything was going to be okay , he drove out to my residence in menifee from big bear that night and got to work getting everything repaired and ensured I had a safe living environment for my family. Dart made me feel like family , He made it his priority to get everything encapsulated/ contained immediately so my children had clean air ,I know this is something you never want to happen to your home , that being said Servpro was a huge blessing. It seemed like every company was trying to take advantage of me and with Servpro that was never the case. My home warranty company “old republic” was supposed to come back to my residence to fix the pipe , they were being rude to me and trying to get out of approving coverage, like I stated before , I have children and was left with no other choice than to make bottles with bath water and do dishes in my bathtub, When Dart followed up with me about the plumbing issue , he immediately offered to send a tech out to fix my pipe and put in a temporary sink for me while we wait to get the new cabinets and countertops . If I could give this buisness 20 stars I would , I highly recommend Servpro, forever grateful for their quick and professional service
