I worked with Julio, the production manager, and Angelica in the office and a very knowledgeable older lady in the office who explained everything to me in a very patient manner. It was because of her patience in answering all my questions and explaining the importance of having the mold removed properly that I went with ServPro. Our insurance did not cover the cost and remediation is not cheap. Nonetheless they did the job, documented everything through photographs and answered all my questions.
