I have had the pleasure of working with Servpro twice. The first was for a leak I experienced in my home near Pasadena less than two years ago. After my home leak, I asked friends and contractors I knew about whom to trust and I learned about Servpro. I learned Servro not only used EPA registered products, but also, Servpro is approved as a government-cleaning agency. My insurance (USAA), was aware of and receptive to this company as well. In addition, I interviewed a few contractors and felt solid when choosing this Alhambra based Servpro to do our repairs. When all repairs were completed, I was not disappointed. The second time I worked with this company was after insisting my mother’s insurance (State Farm) use this specific Servpro company to repair the extensive water and mold damage she incurred from last year’s destructive rain patterns. Although there was a Servpro in her Santa Monica area, I requested this Alhambra Servpro in that I knew the work and integrity of the job would be ensured. Since I was handling the insurance issues for my elderly mother, it was comforting to hear my mother consistently report back to me about how wonderful and professional the people were from this Servpro team as they worked on her home. With this specific Alhambra-based Servpro, you will be impressed by the continued correspondence of their team and relieved by the level of support this Servpro provides in responding to the insurance to get the appropriate funds for repair. This team literally goes to bat for you! Equally important is the security you feel in knowing the people at this Servpro are professionals in all aspects of the word. The only issue I had was an outsourced company hired to do cleaning of mold-damaged rugs. Two rugs were accidentally taken for cleaning that were beyond repair. Again, this Servpro team got involved to make sure the insurance knew these were not salvageable so we could claim them as the mold damaged items that they were. Should I experience any future home restorative needs, or should a friend need such services, I would not hesitate to contact or recommend this particular team in Alhambra. The services they provide, coupled with their exemplary level of professionalism says it all in their name.
