I just want to give Rich and his team at Servpro a big thank you for all they did to remove everything at my parents home, I know it must have been quite the task, but you Rich was very accommodating, and because being in Campbell River you helped me a lot in this transition.Thank you again with your team for making this possible. My recommendation for Rich and Servpro, come highly recommended.

Steve and Sara , plus plumber Les, took care of the slow leak that had stained our kitchen ceiling in six working days. Rich provided a detailed work plan and estimate before they began and scheduled the asbestos testing which is required in houses built prior to 1991. Steve and Sara minimized the disruption by letting us know when they would arrive each day and how long they would be, as replacing dry wall is a multi phased project from the installation, to the painting, sanding and final textured coat with drying time required between the steps. Steve did a fantastic job blending and texturing the ceiling which was one section of a larger expanse. There's no tell tale lines. They also went to great lengths to cordon off the area every day to minimize the spread of dust and protect our cupboards and flooring. Job very well done.

Servpro helped us repair some extensive water damage throughout our house. They were amazing and very timely. Doug is super knowledgeable and lovely. He helped answer a lot of our questions regarding the house, and made many helpful suggestions for us. He is one of the most knowledgeable people we’ve met. Another company had advised us to replace our floors and Doug was quick to point out the mechanism of the flooring and that they did not need replacing. Servpro was understanding and worked around our budget, giving us many options to help us save. The entire team is amazing and super supportive. Brad is also wonderful and even made us a whole floor plan for a 4000sqft house as a favour when he heard we were trying to get one made. Steve and Sara did flawless work on the house and Left everything nice and clean. Overall a great experience during a rough time. This team was a gem to work with. When I first contacted Servpro regarding an estimate I was fortunate enough to connect with Ryan. What an asset to the Servpro organization. He was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He is the primary reason I chose Servpro for the work I needed done. Brad, Project Manager of Servpro Okanagan Valley was timely with his estimate and follow up. Doug and Mac were the professionals that attended my home to do the treatment in my attic. My job was time sensitive due to selling my home and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate. We had 5 companies come out and quote us to remove the mold in our attic and never felt 100% confident in their recommendations and ultimately didn't hire them. After doing more research and reading every google review, we decided to have Doug from Servpro out to give us a quote. Within the first 5 min of talking to him, we knew he was our guy. I recently had a water issue in my condo kitchen and SERVPRO handled the cleaning and restoration work with an insurance claim. In fact, they were recommended by my insurance provider. The entire team was great to work with throughout this process. They responded quickly to set up dryers and remove damaged flooring.
