I recently had my carpets cleaned by Servpro. Cory made the appointment advised me of what to expect. Service was prompt. I was worried about a few stains and he had already assessed them and was effectively treating that problem. I was very impressed with the outcome pleased with the cost and I’d highly recommend SERVPRO for your carpet cleaning needs.

OUTSTANDING water mitigation team My experience with SERVPRO cleaning up and drying my flooded home was spectacularly brilliant! SERVPRO’s water mitigation team of Ethan, Caleb, and Luis were courteous, punctual, proficient, diligent, and hard-working, Oh, I left out expeditious, as they finished the work of water measurements, photos, packing and moving stuff out of the way, removing floor boards and drilling holes for drying, removing an entire great room laminate floor (even under the piano), removing a drenched carpet from a walk-in closet (after they removed the closet contents) and placing many fans and dehumidifiers throughout my home, all in less than six hours. I didn’t have to lift a finger! The follow-up work of Jason and Ethan was exceptional. One or both came by every day for the next three days to meticulously monitor water levels, ensuring that the house was drying properly. During follow-up, they would move fans and dehumidifiers around as needed from areas that had dried to areas that still had moisture. When all was dry except for one wall area, they removed the equipment except for two fans. I must add here that SERVPRO cares about safety as they duct taped the equipment power cables to the floor so nobody would trip on them. Now that’s professional! The next day the manager, Adam, thoroughly inspected my home. Water measurements were zero everywhere! He removed the last two fans and did some last minute clean up. Oh, yes, photos were taken each day of follow-up as well as day one of mitigation, so the whole process was well documented. SERVPRO is super organized, that’s for sure. My AAA insurance desk adjuster recommends SERVPRO. He says SERVPRO works well with insurance companies. The field adjuster who inspected my home also recommends SERVPRO. He says SERVPRO is competent and trustworthy. And I *highly* recommend SERVPRO because SERVPRO is perfection! I look forward to SERVPRO handling the reconstruction now that my home is dry. PS: I had used a different company for the water extraction. Dreadful experience. I fired him and hired SERVPRO for the water mitigation. Therefore, not only do I enthusiastically endorse SERVPRO, I strongly urge that you do *not* use any other company. Other companies may actually damage your home instead.

Ok when you are in dire straights in the throws of a catastrophic event call servpro Havasue. Alex answered the phone was so kind and listened and reassured me they will be here as soon as possible and they were. Everyone of them were competent knew what needed to happen and got it done. They were all so polite and caring about me and my house and my stuff.
