About Us
Originally from North Alabama, Brad Lowery attended Hartselle High School where he participated in athletics and led the local Fellowship of Christian Athletes assembly. His passion for serving others guided him towards an appointment at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned his degree in Systems Engineering. After graduation, Brad was commissioned into the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery officer and spent 8 wonderful years serving his country in areas of peace and conflict.
After the military, Brad spent the next 12 years working in the medical device industry consulting with physicians and health care providers. Married to his high school sweetheart, Brad and Summer have three beautiful children attending school in Madison County and are very involved with athletics and community activities. Summer also enjoys supporting our local church and community. Currently, she supports the citizens of Madison County as a nurse anesthetist in the Huntsville Hospital Health System.
In 2019, Brad and Summer expanded on their commitment to serving Madison County and purchased SERVPRO of North & South Madison County. We understand the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business. Our goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened.”

Servpro of Madison county did a great job of mitigation for the water damage in my home in Owens Cross Roads, Al. Seven rooms were affected and Crew Chief Ximena Avila and Nelson Nevas and others did a wonderful job drying out multiple rooms and removing the damaged cabinet in the kitchen. We have an electric wheelchair user in the home and my father who is 94. They were very careful in the placement of the fans and taping down all the cords to lessen the chance of accidents and falls. Thank you for your help and professionalism in a job well done!
After a leak left water in a bedroom and bathroom, Servpro, specifically Jordan and Kait came out. They took measurements and setup the drying equipment. The rooms are dry now. They were always on time, were in and out quickly, and did a great job.

Jordan Pugh’s team did a professional job clearing out the debris from a water leak that we experienced. The water inlet to the toilet tank broke in the middle of the night and ran for several hours before we knew it. We called Servpro that morning and they were out that same morning and started cleaning up. I highly recommend Servpro for cleanup. The restoration team led by William Fowler did and outstanding job restoring our home to what we thought was better than before. William’s team was kind, courteous and very professional.
