I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They seemed genuinely concerned about my home and time. They took the time to answer any questions that I asked and even asked me if I had anymore questions and concerns. I would just like to tell you what a nice job the crew did for me this morning. They arrived as scheduled, were very polite, came in and assessed the situation, brought all of their equipment in and got everything ready to go. The fireplace looks wonderful and is ready to be painted. The firedoors actually look better now than when I moved in. The ceiling looks like its been newly painted.

Had SERVPRO not been out there and verified this water damage my insurance may not have covered a lot of the damage. Jesse and crew kept me informed and offered assistance continuously throughout the job. Jess was professional and I appreciate them all so very much for what they did.
