We had a water remediation situation from a leak. We had a few estimates from local companies and Michael from SERVPRO was quick to respond to see the affected area. He provided an estimate and the project stayed very close to that estimate. He thoroughly explained the plan of action and the process every step of the way. During the process, the team respected the home and furniture and didn't tear out more than the needed access to properly dry and treat the affected sections. It made the renovations much easier. I don't wish for another situation to have to call them again but they would be our first call if we needed to! Very professional team and operations.
