We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO after our basement experienced a flood. From the very beginning, their service was incredibly prompt, professional, and efficient. Every staff member we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. It was professional-grade and worked extremely well to dry out the affected areas and minimize further damage. Christian and his crew did a great job demoing our floors and dry wall. He was very thorough in checking for mold and keeping the area clean during and after.
My Mother's house was flooded twice in a matter of a week. After phoning her insurance broker, we were assigned a restoration company, who said they could not make it for a couple of days. My Mom's neighbor gave us Servpro's number because they started their restoration immediately. I phoned Chris the next morning, and he arrived that afternoon. He gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. Upon accepting the quote, Chris has a crew removing the rugs withing hours. The crew did a wonderful job. Experiencing a second flood within days, Chris's honesty in handling this flood was impressive. What makes ServPro good, is their credibility. We look forward to working with them in repairing the basement.
