My mother had a small leak in her kitchen. SERVPRO of Wood, Ritchie & Pleasants Counties came out and took some readings with moister meters. Turned out the floor was dry and we didn't need their services. I never felt pressured to buy any service or product. He was very professional and recommended easy solutions to help prevent any future problems. I would call them again if I needed them in a heartbeat, and will recommend to friends and family. Honesty I Didn't Expect!
We are having some issues with wet blocks in our basement. The two service professionals who came out showed me where the issues were with water drainage around our foundation, and how to fix it.
They offered to do the repairs, but were honest that I could probably do them myself.
They easily could have exaggerated the problem and charged me more than needed, but did not!
Will certainly call them again if larger issues arise!
