About Us
SERVPRO of Wood, Ritchie & Pleasants Counties is part of the nation wide, highly reputable franchise SERVPRO. Our local success is due SERVPRO’s high standards and leadership as a corporation combined with the hard working and empathetic practices of our team, lead by James Miller.
Who is SERVPRO?
SERVPRO was pioneered by Ted and Doris Isaacson over 50 years ago in 1967. Beginning as a painting company Ted and Doris soon transformed it into a cleaning and restoration company.
After selling the first franchise in 1969, SERVPRO grew steadily, achieving 647 franchises by 1988.
This achievement led to the SERVPRO headquarters relocating to Gallatin, Tennessee. This move was pivotal for their response abilities to not only their franchises, but also to the American population. Gallatin is within 600 miles of more than 50% of the U.S. population.
SERVPRO has won, and continues to win awards of excellence, including being awarded the Number 1 Rank for Restoration Services category consistently since 2009.

Opened in May 2017 by friends from The Rock Church in Parkersburg, WV, James Miller and Steven Seckman, this SERVPRO franchise has successfully helped countless families and businesses around the local counties.
James Miller, aka Jay, is the hands-on guy who leads the team of trained professionals certified in IICRC restoration practices.
Jay has over 35 years of construction and restoration experience with an IICRC certificate. His vast knowledge of all aspects of restoration and construction allow for acute and accurate execution of your restoration job.
Honesty and transparency is valued at SERVPRO and we want you, our customer, to feel confident and well educated on what we do. For this reason we are always updating detailed blog articles explaining everything we do.

Had them remove dirt from hole dug in yard. On time and professional cleanup, Even washed the concrete where dirt was stored.
