Tray is one of our a Crew Chiefs, leading mitigation projects from start to finish. He oversees on-site operations, ensures proper restoration procedures are followed, and keeps projects moving efficiently.

Carissa is our Shared Services Manager, dedicated to maintaining quality and compliance across all projects. She ensures that each job meets company standards and IICRC guidelines through careful documentation and performance review. With her focus on consistency and excellence, Carissa helps deliver reliable results customers can trust.

Dakota leads restoration projects with a focus on organization, efficiency, and team coordination. As a Crew Chief, he ensures each job site is properly set up, documentation is accurate, and mitigation procedures are executed thoroughly.

Becky is our Finance Manager, responsible for keeping projects organized and billing accurate. She works closely with customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the process. With her strong financial oversight and commitment to great service, Becky helps make every restoration experience efficient and worry-free.

Nick is our Senior Construction Project Manager, bringing years of construction experience and IICRC certification to his leadership role. He manages all aspects of rebuild and restoration projects, focusing on quality, budget control, and timely completion. Nick also works closely with insurance providers to ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Melissa is our Job File Coordinator, managing the details that keep each project organized and on track. She maintains ongoing communication with customers, adjusters, and insurance providers to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. With her attention to detail and clear communication, Melissa helps make the restoration process smooth and stress-free.

Amare is a Restoration Technician who plays an important role in helping homes and businesses recover after water, fire, and storm damage. He responds quickly to emergency calls, assists with mitigation and cleanup efforts, and ensures restoration procedures are completed thoroughly and safely.

Ashley is our Construction Coordinator, serving as a key connection between customers, crews, and insurance providers. She ensures projects stay organized, communication remains clear, and every detail is handled with care. With her strong customer service skills and commitment to efficiency, Ashley helps every project run smoothly from start to finish.
