Unless you have a holding tank, no one appreciates the drama of a back up into the finished basement. That was our drama today, a Sunday. We were pleased with the immediate attention to our dilemma with our first phone call, the follow-up call from the crew (Tius and Jaymes) within an hour, and their prompt and efficient work when they arrived at our home. They were respectful and careful of our home and even cleaned the pathway they trod from the door to the flooded area. There will be follow-up this week, but our lives returned to normal within a few hours of our first call. Thank you, ServPro of Hayward.
