Beau Baumgartner-General Manager of Operations
Beau joined SERVPRO Team Snyder in July 2021 and now oversees operations for both our Appleton and Brown County locations. With more than a decade of prior experience in restoration and a strong background in construction, Beau brings exceptional technical knowledge and leadership to our team.
He is among the most highly credentialed restoration professionals in the state, holding the prestigious Triple Master designation from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). This elite recognition, achieved by only a handful of professionals statewide, identifies Beau as a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Master Textile Cleaner.
Each Master-level certification represents years of hands-on field experience and successful completion of rigorous coursework and examinations. Earning all three demonstrates an extraordinary level of dedication, technical expertise, and mastery of the restoration sciences.
Beau’s extensive skill set allows him to manage large-scale and highly complex projects with precision and independence, ensuring that even the most challenging jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest professional standards. His leadership and deep understanding of restoration processes make him an invaluable resource to both our team and our customers.
Outside of work, Beau is a devoted family man. He and his wife stay busy raising their six children and enjoy spending most of their free time together, embracing family activities and community life.
Luke Snyder - Vice President
Luke Snyder began working with SERVPRO Team Snyder in 2013 while still in high school and has since grown with the company through nearly every role. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater in 2018, he transitioned to full-time work, gaining hands-on experience in both mitigation and reconstruction project management. Over time, he advanced into operational leadership, managing the Green Bay location before stepping into his current role as Vice President of SERVPRO Team Snyder, where he oversees company-wide growth and supports operations across all departments.
Luke holds multiple professional certifications through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, and Commercial Drying Specialist. He has also completed SERVPRO’s Employee Certification Training Program for Fire and Water Damage Restoration and is OSHA 30-Hour Certified as well as EPA Lead-Safe Certified.
Outside of work, Luke is a devoted husband and father of two young sons, born in 2023 and 2024. A passionate family man and active community member, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying involved locally, and occasionally getting back on the volleyball court.
Dylan Vachavake - Office Manager
Dylan joined SERVPRO Team Snyder in March 2020, bringing with him the discipline and dedication of a U.S. Navy veteran and several years of professional experience in the banking industry. His strong organizational skills and attention to detail quickly made him an asset to the team.
After starting in an administrative support role, Dylan’s aptitude for process management and customer service led him to advance into job file coordination, where he excelled in billing accuracy, documentation, and communication with insurance partners. His continued success and leadership ability paved the way for his promotion to Office Manager in 2023, where he now oversees office operations, supports both field and administrative teams, and ensures efficient workflow across departments.
Dylan has completed SERVPRO’s Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) in both Water and Fire Damage Restoration and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. Known for his versatility, Dylan is always willing to lend a hand in the field during high-volume storm events, exemplifying teamwork and commitment to customer service.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time at his cabin up north, relaxing with friends, and following his favorite sports teams, especially the Milwaukee Bucks.
Brent Smeaton - Commercial Carpet Cleaning Manager
Brent joined SERVPRO Team Snyder in February 2017, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in professional carpet and textile cleaning. Since then, he has become one of the most trusted and respected cleaning professionals in the region, earning a stellar reputation for his technical skill, customer service, and attention to detail.
As the Manager of SERVPRO’s Carpet and Duct Cleaning Division, Brent oversees both service lines, managing a dedicated team of technicians while continuing to perform estimates and assist with large-scale or specialized cleaning projects. His expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential properties including property management firms, country clubs, churches, and professional offices where his work has set the standard for quality and consistency.
Brent is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration, demonstrating his deep understanding of textile care and cleaning science. His leadership ensures that every job meets the highest industry standards and that every customer receives the professionalism and results that SERVPRO Team Snyder is known for.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and is an avid golfer. Whether on the course or managing his team, he brings the same focus, precision, and commitment to excellence that define his professional career.
Collin Pohl - Mitigation Project Mgr
Collin joined us in May of 2022. He came to us with 8 years of project management experience. Collin did the majority of his training at our Brown County location before transferring to our Appleton location in the summer of 2022.

Collin and his wife have 2 children. In his spare time, Collin enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.
Tammy Manka - Crew Lead
After some time away, Tammy came back to us in February 2017. All in all she has over 9 years worth of experience with SERVPRO of Appleton.
She is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration) certified in:

Fire & Smoke Restoration
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys drawing, reading and spending time with her 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
Jamie Staub - Crew Lead
Jamie joined us in August 2022. She came to us with 2 years of experience in the restoration industry and over 20 years as a hair stylist.

Jamie says she is always up for an adventure and finds restoration work very rewarding.
Madalin Kowenstrot - Crew Lead
Madalin joined us in April of 2022. Before joining us, she got her Associates Degree in criminal justice/forensic science from Fox Valley Technical College.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, painting, practicing jiu-jitsu and spending time with her animals. She says that her work at SERVPRO is fulfilling as she's making a difference in the lives of people going through a traumatic experience.
Inocencio Baldaras - Crew Technician
Inocencio, or Ino as we call him, is the longest serving member of our team. Ino joined us in May of 1995, and has served us faithfully with a smile ever since. He is very well liked by his coworkers and customers alike. One of our customers recently told us "This man is one of the most meticulous and thorough members of your crew! He did so much in my home after my fire".

Craig Malcolm - Reconstruction Project Mgr
Craig joined us in the spring of 2022. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and a minor in Communications.

Craig and his wife were married in August of 2022 and enjoy long walks with their dog.
Henry Zempel - Carpenter
Henry has been with us for over 10 years. He leads our in house carpentry repair division, with over 20 years experience as a rough and finish carpenter. Henry builds and repairs all finish carpentry products like custom cabinets, built in shelving and base trim. In his SERVPRO woodshop he can match your 100 year old base trim, as well as build and install modern kitchen cabinetry. After your fire or water damage Henry will be the final step in making your disaster "Like it never even happened.”
Zach Peterson - Carpenter
Zach joined us in January of 2022. He brought with him over 10 years of experience in both rough and finish carpentry.
In his free time, Zach enjoys working in his garage, fishing, and hunting.

"Dear SERVPRO of Appleton, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the tremendous experience I had with your staff.....Actually I experienced 2 crises in a 4 month period.....My second flood occurred 5 weeks before my son's wedding which was due to take place in my home. This time the damage was so severe it required extensive renovation of my main floor as well as basement ceiling and floors.....Your staff (headed up by Joyce for the demo/remediation and Deb Solway for the rebuild) are phenomenal. They both were very respectful of my home, my belongings, my timeline, my questions as well as my fears and worries. They brought in a large crew and the demo/remediation was resolved in a week. Joyce checked on the progress daily in person and by phone. The crew she had here worked diligently to pack and move all our belongings, remove the damaged items, set up dryers and fans and even pulled what seemed like a million staples from the subflooring. Joyce and Deb also worked expertly with my insurance adjuster and dealt with all my questions and concerns. They told me exactly what to expect and what my next steps would be. Then Deb took over for the rebuild.....Deb took care of everything to make sure it was all taken are of from carpentry to electricians to plumbers. Deb was unflappable whether it was a delay in Home Depot shipping all my flooring or a new commode that was delivered broken. She made sure our project kept moving forward. Constant communication was key and Deb was exceptional! Bottom line the repairs were done in 5 weeks. They finished the night before the wedding. All of the guests were so impressed with how wonderful the house looked. That is due to SERVPRO's staff and their effectiveness. You gave me back my home not just my house. Thank you somehow doesn't seem to cover it!"

Dear Mr. Snyder, My sister and I wanted to express our appreciation & gratitude to you and your awesome team at SERVPRO. We have worked with your company before (long distance) and had confidence everything would be taken care of beyond our expectations. I should add, my sister from Atlanta and I have been working to sell our mom's condo in Fox Crossing after her passing in late January.
