Travis was great and super knowledgeable. Prompt and reliable service. Had to keep the fans a lot longer than they had originally estimated but that was not their fault. Wish they had torn out more drywall but they try to keep things minimally invasive. Super responsive when I had questions and scheduled me very quickly. All in all very good service!
My Jeep had a leak in my sunroof during the last hurricane that brought 2 weeks of rain which flooded my Jeep while I was out of town. Imagine coming home to a mold infested vehicle! It was so terrible! I had a few days before I needed to drive down to SC for a wedding so I needed a quick turnaround. Thankfully I was able to take my Jeep in to SERVPRO and they did the job better than I expected! They were very clear and thorough with the steps they would take to get rid of the problem. It's been two weeks and the Jeep still smells amazing and is spotless.
They were very professional and helped me get a quick turn around for my road trip. They even washed my car for me!! I would definitely recommend them if you ever have any type of problems with mold.
