Great experience with using ServPro to complete a water mitigation and restoration project in my basement! The team - Brandon, Jose, and Tony (and his team) - were wonderful. They worked with my insurance, were responsive to my questions, completed the work beautifully, and were able to complete the job in a few days.

I had a good experience when ServPro abated asbestos from and repaired my ceiling that had collapsed from a roof leak. Jamie Oteyza was my project manager and Jose Amaya was the Construction Superintendent, and they were very helpful.

We had some water damage in our basement recently, and weren’t expecting it to be major issue. I contacted ServPro, who sent Khonsol and his crew. They called ahead, we talked through what happened, and they showed up ready to address the issue. After some good explanation of what happened, how to pay, timeline, etc we settled in on how to get the job done. His crew worked HARD, set treatment up, and was thorough in addressing things once our carpet was up. I feel like we’re on the right path to solving this problem. Thanks, ServPro.

In the beginning of November, my wife and I experienced a leaking pipe in our house to which we had Servpro respond out for the water abatement, mold remediation, and repairs. The following week and while coordinating repairs efforts, our family experienced a sudden medical emergency that called me away from the house. This became an extremely stressful time navigating personal matters outside of the house on top of dealing with house repairs. From the very beginning, Servpro was advised of our dynamic situation. Every time Servpro came to the house, they were nothing but the highest level of professional and understanding. I had the pleasure of working with a number of individuals from Servpro who all were phenomenal, but specifically I wanted to give a shout out to Alycia, Administrative Assistant with Servpro. Not only was she patient with me during all of my phone calls navigating this, but she also advocated for my family and I when the insurance company was moving slow when it came to approvals of review. My family and I are beyond grateful for not just the professionalism they all showed, but the personal and compassionate touch that I find is beginning to fade into today's professional culture. I am writing this review in appreciation of the wonderful service I received from SERVPRO when I suffered water damage at my home. Your team showed up faster then I have ever seen any company turn around a call-out such as mine. It is because of the coordinated and dedicated efforts of your team that the damage and repair were kept at a minimum; along with being completed in such a timely manner. I am aware your team worked day and night, even on the weekends, to make sure damage was held to a minimum and repairs were completed without delay. Sometimes when dealing with the reference above type of loss, we tend to forget the little things that gives us comfort in the company we selected, SERVPRO. I was in need of service on two floors and your team was on top of everything, from the little things we don’t notice, e.g. gloves, masks, and shoe booties to ensure the integrity of my home giving me a good feeling that I choose the right company to installing commercial fans to dry out my floors. My home looks amazing and your entire team deserves kudo’s for the excellent work they did along with their professionalism they showed every day on the job site. I will happily recommend SERVPRO to everyone I come in contact with.
