In the beginning of November, my wife and I experienced a leaking pipe in our house to which we had Servpro respond out for the water abatement, mold remediation, and repairs. Your team showed up faster then I have ever seen any company turn around a call-out such as mine. It is because of the coordinated and dedicated efforts of your team that the damage and repair were kept at a minimum; along with being completed in such a timely manner. I am aware your team worked day and night, even on the weekends, to make sure damage was held to a minimum and repairs were completed without delay. Sometimes when dealing with the reference above type of loss, we tend to forget the little things that gives us comfort in the company we selected, SERVPRO.
