Joe Harrington came to my home to give me an estimate to correct damage done by a roof leak. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile by answering all my questions and checking for water damage throughout my home. (I have cataracts and glaucoma and am unable to see spots on ceilings.) He even spoke on the phone with my daughter who is handling the resolution of water damage and answered all her questions as well. (I am elderly and she handles things for me.) SERVPRO has been very professional in their work that they have done at my home I had a leak in the back of my refrigerator where the ice comes from they were very professional they were on time they kept me abreast of what was going on or what was going to happen in the future I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone that has to have a reconstruction done or tearing out Of any damage that has been done to their home due to flooding fire wherever I can’t say anything about fire but I can about flooding very professional in everything that they do
Absolutely fantastic company!! When our water heater broke and flooded the whole first floor, SERVPRO was quick to respond. Sebastian and Juan arrived unbelievably fast and were quick to start the water removal process. They were very professional and even helped us to finish moving the last of our belongings out. They were even quick to come out the next day to follow up on everything and make sure we were still doing ok. I would highly recommend them and SERVPRO to anyone in need of this service.
