Joe Harrington came to my home to give me an estimate to correct damage done by a roof leak. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile by answering all my questions and checking for water damage throughout my home. (I have cataracts and glaucoma and am unable to see spots on ceilings.) He even spoke on the phone with my daughter who is handling the resolution of water damage and answered all her questions as well. (I am elderly and she handles things for me.) We are so thankful for the timeliness of Zach and SERVPROS. After reaching out concerning a couple of questions pertaining to water damage from the property we are renting.
