They measured humidity levels and placed fans where they were needed. They also disinfected where it was needed. They removed all my damaged flooring that could be removed and disposed of it. I cannot complain at all. It was a 5 start job from top to bottom. Today, they came to the house, as they promised, to assess the situation and they declared my damaged room clean and dry. Thank you guys.
The crew led by Ram was kind, quick, professional and did an amazing job. They gave a great value quote and was able to complete the job the following day. They check on you during the drying process. They work around your schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more.
A broken pipe caused extensive flooding to our two-story home and all but three rooms downstairs sustained damage. Water poured out of light fixtures, in between walls, and its weight on the ceilings caused a complete collapse in one of the rooms. SERVPRO was there within an hour and took control of the situation while we just stood there, trying to understand what had happened to our home. Xavier, Andrew, R.J., and Isaac were all incredible to work with and they kept us informed during each stage of remediation. Professional, expedient, and empathetic, they were just who we needed to help us through this event.
