Sean of ServPro of Stone Oak, and the rest of the team including Melissa in the office, did a great job of managing the remediation of a bathroom pipe that leaked in my home. They were polite, responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. I am awaiting the restoration process currently, so cannot comment on that aspect until complete. I do have an aggressive timeline that I have advised of in advance of contracting for that portion of the work, and I have been assured that it is possible. I appreciate the efforts to restore my home before guests arrive in a few weeks!

I helped Ann Cunningham who is physically disabled arrange for water removal in the middle of the night . Servpro responded immediately and stay at her house until after 3 am. They returned the next two days to insure all was drying. Alicia, Christian and Michelle were amazing. There was another gentleman that came the first night, but I do not remember his name. Great service and extremely helpful in a stressful situation Thank you!

Paul, Gabriel, Joe and Ismael of Servpro Stone Oak were outstanding! This crew was out within hours of a water leak that originated in the master bedroom which caused water to immediately flood into the bedroom, hallway and other areas of our home. Paul & Gabriel arrived and quickly assessed the situation began cleaning up and setting up the necessary equipment to begin the process of placing fans, dehumidifiers, water removal, everything that entails flood cleanup. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of explaining what to expect and walked us through the process step by step. This crew was professional, respectful, caring, and worked tirelessly to ensure that nothing was left undone. They’re work was impeccable, the attention to detail was incredible. Servpro of Stone Oak came highly recommended when dealing with water damage. When we noticed what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling, we called. Sean of Servpro of Stone Oak arrived and assessed that the sheetrock was wet. An estimate was provided and we approved the work. The removal of the damaged sheetrock was quick. The techs were efficient and neat. Blowers were set up to pull the moisture out of the wall. We are pleased with their work.

We have used the Servpro Stone Oak office three times over the years. We recently had another hot water heater burst for the second time in less than two years. Thankfully we were home and called Servpro. They were at our home within 45 minutes with everything necessary to start drying out our home. When I saw Paul and Gabriel who had been at our house less than two years ago I knew we were in good hands. They both did everything possible so that we did not need to do anything. My wife and have back issues and they remembered that from the last time they were at our house. The team they had with them were all fast and polite. It was very easy to communicate with both Paul and Gabriel and they were responsive to our texts. If we see Paul and Gabriel in the future, I hope it's at HEB or something other than our house. I would highly recommend Servpro Stone Oak when you have a need for the type of services they offer.

I was replacing a bathroom vanity when I found a small area where water had seeped against the drywall and cause some black mold. They came out first thing the next morning and took care of the issue so I could keep going with the replacement. Great work!
