He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, and Odor Control Technician. He is also licensed with the State of Texas as a Mold Remediation Contractor.

Ritt Conner is the Marketing Manager/ Owner at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician.

Chelsea Conner is an Office Manager/Owner at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. She has over a decade of business ownership experience and manages office related activities.

Tyler Bellows is the Job Coordinator at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. Originally from George West, Texas and now lives in San Antonio. Tyler has several years feild and office experience and has his IICRC Water, Fire certification and ASD Drying distinction.

Ramiro Gonzalez is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. He is originally from the Rio Grande Valley area and now makes his home here, in San Antonio. He is Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Removal Technician.

Zeppelin Galligan is head of security and moral support here at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. He loves long walks on the beach, and his favorite movie is An American Werewolf in Paris. He has an excellent attitude and leads daily group therapy sessions in the office to help the entire staff reduce overall work-related stress.

Rick Mireles is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Stone Oak. He has several years of construction experience. Rick is orginally from San Antonio.
