I had to call SERVPRO for my mothers home a couple of weeks ago. These guys really care about their work and the people that they are taking care of. They were so helpful and patent with my mother. Our tech Andrew arrived on time for our appointment to disinfect the apartment and to steam clean an area rug and recliner. There was an issue with the equipment on the truck, however Andrew kept at it and got everything going. Another technician arrived to assist in the project (Garrett), and between the two of them they finished in no time at all. The recliner and rug both look brand new and the apartment smelled clean the next time we visited. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and these two gentlemen did an outstanding job.
