Zachary is a very hard worker. He has been with SERVPRO for a year now and is very dependable and a quick learner.
Zachary is ECTP and is cross trained in our Fire and Water damage areas of expertise. In Zach's free time he enjoys sports and video games. Zachary has 2 nieces and one on the way.
Zachary has said that his favorite part of this job is seeing the joy on people's faces when we're done with cleaning/restoring their homes.

Pam has worked for SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison as our office manager since 2011, but has been in the restoration industry since 2002. Pam uses her expertise with fire and water restoration to lead our office and employees with training and education.

Kellie is a valuable part of our SERVPRO office team! She is great at communication and a wonderful judge of character and integrity.
In Kellie's free time she enjoys baking, reading, fitness and playing games. Kellie has one dog who's name is Koda and is considered to be her child.
Kellie says she really enjoys helping people when they have experienced a tragic event.

Lisa Parker is our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison. She has been with us since 2016 but has been in the SERVPRO system since 1988. She is a 2nd generation SERVPRO employee and has experience with fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, water damage mitigation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, office billing and receiving, and sales and marketing. In her free time she enjoys playing with her grand children.

I had to call SERVPRO for my mothers home a couple of weeks ago. These guys really care about their work and the people that they are taking care of. They were so helpful and patent with my mother. They tape down the cords of their machines so my mother would not trip over them. Thank you water crew for all of your hard work!

Our tech Andrew arrived on time for our appointment to disinfect the apartment and to steam clean an area rug and recliner. There was an issue with the equipment on the truck, however Andrew kept at it and got everything going. Another technician arrived to assist in the project (Garrett), and between the two of them they finished in no time at all. The recliner and rug both look brand new and the apartment smelled clean the next time we visited. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and these two gentlemen did an outstanding job.
