We recently had the unfortunate situation that our home flooded due to the failure of one of our attic hot water heaters. I was out of town (couple hours away) at the time and immediately made a call to SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio. I was able to provide them access to my home and they immediately got to work. By the time my family and I made it home, they had already removed carpet and installed industrial blowers throughout our home.
