I cannot say enough good things about Team Shaw. When a pipe unexpectedly burst in our home and brought down nearly half of my daughter’s ceiling, we were completely overwhelmed. Within two hours, Team Shaw had technicians at our house, fans running, and a crew actively cleaning up the insulation, drywall, water, and everything else that had come down with the ceiling. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely kind. They immediately took control of the situation, explained what needed to happen, removed all of the damaged carpet, cleaned up an enormous mess, and made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. What impressed me most was the combination of urgency and care. They worked quickly without ever making us feel like they were rushing through the job. Every technician who came into our home was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. When something like this happens in your home, you’re not exactly shopping around and leisurely comparing restoration companies, you need someone you can trust to show up, know exactly what to do, and get to work. Team Shaw was exactly that company for us!!!! I sincerely hope we never need emergency restoration services again, but if we do, Team Shaw will be our first call. I would recommend them without hesitation to any homeowner, friend, or family member. They turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a genuinely positive experience, and we are so grateful for the way they took care of our home and our family. Five stars truly doesn’t feel like enough.
The office staff is great! They will never leave you hanging or do you wrong! I was impressed by how the woman I was assigned to showed up for me!
We have been using Shaw now since December 2025 and we have been very happy with their service. Hayden is always calling and checking on us when there is a big storm heading our way. I have had Servpro services in the past, but nothing comes close to Team Shaw. Our Servpro team headed up by Anthony Legnon was outstanding! The team was always on time and very focused on the job at hand. The care they took to cover undamaged floors and things that could not be removed, as well as seal up the rooms being worked on, was beyond impressive. Anthony was personable, informative and always accessible when something unexpected popped up. Team Shaw went above and beyond to serve our need and lift our hope and vision for recovery.
I would highly recommend using Servpro. Both Zach and Kole were the most amazing! They were so helpful and walked me through everything. They did an excellent job during the whole process. I was so grateful for the texts and updates on what they were doing since I had to be at the office. They were very diligent on safety and any concerns or questions I had.
