First of all I would like to start off by saying I am so grateful for SERVPRO, my washer malfunctioned at 2:30 in the morning. The winter freeze broke pipes in every room of our office building. Total disaster. Luckily we were recommended to SERVPRO by our contractor. They worked with our insurance and immediately got out to our office and started removing the wet carpets, insulation and ceiling tiles. They set up machines to dry everything out. And even with thousands of people calling them across the county, they showed up and worked hard to take care of the problem. They even bring a dumpster and throw out destroyed materials. They ripped out sheetrock, insulation and even damaged countertops. They use moisture meters and spray for mold prevention. You could reach them any hour of the day. Biggest props to Kevin and his team Oscar, Jason and Desmond. Kevin answered all our millions of questions and kept us laughing during a very stressful time. They worked fast, efficient and did a great job. They also had teams follow up for days with moisture meters and made adjustments until all areas are dried. Highly recommend them for any remediation project!
We had SERVPRO of Clear Lake assigned to us by our insurance company to assist in cleaning up after our water heater failed and flooded our house. There are many SERVPRO locations, and we had several representatives come by to measure moisture levels daily. Felton Price from the Clear Lake office was very professional, prompt per the schedule, and seemed to make getting our house back to normal a personal priority. We did not get to choose SERVPRO of Clear Lake, but we are glad that they were chosen for us and we highly recommend them.
