    Jordan Callahan - General Manager

    Jordan Callahan is our General Manager. He graduated from University of Houston in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jordan has 13 years of experience in the industry and has the following IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, CCT, RRT. Jordan makes sure our team is operating at the highest level every day and that every job we do is completed with the utmost attention to detail - the SERVPRO Standard! In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling with his best (doggie) pal Cooper James Callahan.

Anthony currently holds certifications in the following: Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying and Heath and Safety Technician.

    Ashley Roye is our Office Manager. She has an associate's degree in Business Administration from Lamar University - Port Arthur. Ashley started with SERVPRO in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Now, with 8 years of experience in the industry, she handles all things administrative - including leading our talented administrative team. She also holds a WRT certification with the IICRC. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and dogs at the beach or lake.

    Jacey Woods - Marketing Manager

    Jacey Woods is our Marketing Manager. She graduated from Lamar University in 2015 with a degree in Marketing. Jacey started with the company in 2015 as a Sales & Marketing Representative and currently holds a WRT certification with the IICRC. Over the last 6 years she has worked in the Sales, Administrative, and Mitigation departments - sometimes all at once! She now leads our entire sales and marketing team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dogs!

WOW! I am not one that normally leaves reviews but these guys deserve ALLLL the stars! I am so very happy/thankful that I called SERVPRO! I had a water leak from the ceiling in my guest bedroom at 10pm - by 11pm Sam and Andrew showed up... (VERY RELIABLE SERVICE given the time at night) They were professional and walked me through everything! They explained what to expect, what they were going to do and most important- what to expect/do after. Sam and Andrew are the reason I will HIGHLY recommend their service to any of my family/friends. So very thankful! They deserve a vacation after leaving my house at 1:30am! Fast and reliable service hands down!

SERVPRO came out a week ago to do an inspection for water damage restoration. I was very pleased with the services, but SERVPRO actually came back out today to start services. Rashad Kennedy was the lead and displayed remarkable customer service and I'm very pleased with his services. I will definitely let State Farm know that SERVPRO is outstanding and highly recommended. I was overwhelmed at first, but Rashad made this situation very easy to deal with. 5 Stars.
