WOW! I am not one that normally leaves reviews but these guys deserve ALLLL the stars! I am so very happy/thankful that I called SERVPRO! I had a water leak from the ceiling in my guest bedroom at 10pm - by 11pm Sam and Andrew showed up... (VERY RELIABLE SERVICE given the time at night) They were professional and walked me through everything! They explained what to expect, what they were going to do and most important- what to expect/do after. Sam and Andrew are the reason I will HIGHLY recommend their service to any of my family/friends. SERVPRO came out a week ago to do an inspection for water damage restoration. I was very pleased with the services, but SERVPRO actually came back out today to start services. Rashad Kennedy was the lead and displayed remarkable customer service and I'm very pleased with his services. I will definitely let State Farm know that SERVPRO is outstanding and highly recommended. I was overwhelmed at first, but Rashad made this situation very easy to deal with. 5 Stars.
