Maegin Roussel is a dedicated Project Coordinator on our Reconstruction Team, bringing several years of experience in the construction industry. She is committed to guiding clients through every phase of their restoration projects with precision and care. Outside of work, Maegin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their beloved dogs—and is also an active scuba diver, always ready for her next underwater adventure.

Margaret Harrod – Job File Coordinator

With over nine months of experience at SERVPRO of Braun Station and a strong background in office administration, Margaret Harrod brings valuable organization and attention to detail to every project. She is a dedicated team member who helps ensure that jobs run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys DIY projects, crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Dominic Muniz – Office Administrator

Dominic Muniz is the Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Braun Station, where he brings a tech-savvy approach and strong organizational skills to support daily operations. With six months of experience in the restoration industry and a background as an active computer programmer, Dominic combines precision and problem-solving in everything he does. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, gaming, coding, reading, and building custom computers.

Patricia McClain – Reconstruction Office Administrator
Patricia “Patty” McClain serves as the Reconstruction Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Braun Station. With nearly a year on the team and over five years of experience in the restoration industry, Patty brings both expertise and a team-first attitude to every project. She is known for her reliability, versatility, and willingness to help wherever needed. Outside of work, Patty enjoys fundraising for the American Cancer Society, repurposing antiques, creating custom designs with her Cricut, spending time with her family, and watching baseball.

Andrew Johnsen is a dedicated Production Manager at SERVPRO of Braun Station. With more than ten years of experience in the mitigation industry and an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, Andrew brings expertise and quick problem-solving skills to every project, ensuring that mitigation needs are handled efficiently and with care. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking with his family, and he has a special fondness for the color green.
