After a house fire, having our belongings cleaned and cared for properly meant everything to us. The team did an incredible job, but what truly stood out was Samantha in the office. She helped us navigate the insurance side on the back end, answered questions we didn’t even know to ask, and treated us with real compassion. In the middle of something heartbreaking, having Sam there made it feel less overwhelming.
Having your house filled with water in the middle of the night is awful, but Samantha made it a little less awful. She was kind, calm, and truly human. She cared, checked in, and never treated us like just another customer. Having her in our corner made all the difference.
