I had experienced a water leak on my kitchen ceiling. I was pleasantly surprised when, on a Saturday morning, Jacob not only arrived (he'd courteously called ahead to tell me when he would be arriving) but how he patiently described the nature (and cause) of my leak. He explained, in detail, what the repair scenario would entail and was unusually genuine in his approach. I was quite taken with this, concluding that he embodied the kind of expertise and service I had thought I could only hope for. You can trust your problem to Jacob.
