I used the Braun Station location. I called, and there was a crew here in a couple hours to manage water damaged areas, set up fans and dehumidifiers. We came home from vacation to find our house flooded. Since then, ServPro has been at our house all week working hard to dry out our kitchen and the other affected rooms, and now they're starting the (necessary) demo work, pulling up the floor, pulling out the walls and insulation. Project leads Jon and Andrew have been very responsive to all of our questions and requests and all things considered, they've made a stressful and frankly bewildering process about as easy for us to deal with as I can imagine it being.
