Jonathan Morin
Production Manager, SERVPRO of Alamo Heights and Downtown San Antonio Jonathan Morin is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Alamo Heights, bringing over ten years of experience in the fire and water remediation industry. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Removal Technician (WRT) and an Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD). Jonathan is known for his dedicated, hands-on leadership style—never hesitating to get his hands dirty to ensure every project meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Jonathan is a proud family man who values quality time with his loved ones and brings that same sense of care and commitment to the customers he serves.

Meet Maegin Roussel – Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator on our Reconstruction Team, Maegin Roussel brings several years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. She takes pride in supporting clients throughout the restoration process with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach. When she's not assisting homeowners, Maegin enjoys quality time with her husband and their dogs. She’s also an avid scuba diver who loves exploring the underwater world.

Margaret Harrod – Job File Coordinator

Margaret Harrod plays a key role as Job File Coordinator for the SERVPRO Alamo Heights/Downtown San Antonio – Team Simonis. With over nine months of experience in this role and a solid background in office operations, she brings efficiency and organization to every job. Margaret is known for her attention to detail and commitment to supporting both the team and customers. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dominic Muniz – Office Administrator
Dominic Muniz serves as the Office Administrator for SERVPRO of Alamo Heights and Downtown San Antonio. With six months of experience in the restoration industry and a background as a computer programmer, Dominic brings a unique blend of technical skill and administrative support to the team. His attention to detail and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable asset. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, gaming, coding, reading, and building custom computers.

Patricia McClain – Reconstruction Office Administrator
Patricia “Patty” McClain is the Reconstruction Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Alamo Heights and Downtown San Antonio. With nearly a year on the team and over five years of experience in the restoration industry, Patty brings a wealth of knowledge and a dependable, can-do attitude to every job. She’s always willing to step in and support wherever needed, making her a true asset to the team. In her free time, Patty enjoys fundraising for the American Cancer Society, repurposing antiques, creating custom designs with her Cricut, spending time with her family, and watching baseball.

Andrew Johnsen serves as a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Alamo Heights/Downtown San Antonio. Backed by more than ten years in the mitigation industry and holding his IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, Andrew is known for his ability to tackle challenges and guide projects to a successful outcome. When he’s not on the job, you’ll often find him enjoying time in the kitchen cooking with his family. His favorite color is green.
