SERVPRO was quick and efficient. They took good care of my home after some water damage. My rep Zack S. answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. Definitely recommend working with SERVPRO North Nashville. 

Used them for mitigation from a water leak. Great service. I contacted them mid-morning and they were at my house within a couple of hours. Austin, Brantley, Mike and John did a great job, very professional and courteous.

Overall, my experience with SERVPRO was excellent! From the receptionists to the project manager, all were courteous, friendly, and professional. Mike, the Project Manager, came to inspect our water damage. He arrived within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. Together, we came up with a plan to solve the water damage issues caused by my HVAC unit leaking. He and I had a few casual conversations as well. He sent me an estimate later that same day.

A few days later, another Mike (they have three) came to recheck the water damage for mold. He was also professional and helpful. Since we had caught the issue quickly, there was not much surface area that was still damp. So, he set up the equipment to dry it out a few days. Then, he would return to recheck the situation. Hopefully, this would prevent having to cut into my ceiling. He asked what time I'd like him to return. After giving a time, he said someone would reach out to me to confirm the appointment time.

Unfortunately, no one did. So, on the morning of the follow-up visit, I called them. I spoke with Amy. She apologized for no one confirming the time. She was glad I reached out to them. She confirmed that the arranged time would work.

Mike came again, arrived on time, and rechecked the damage. Thankfully, the damp area was now dry. So, no cutting was necessary. Yeah!

The cost of the project was affordable and a good value. Having professionals inspect the area really eased my mind since my kids have allergies and mold would potentially cause health effects.

I was very pleased with Rob Dixon and his SERVPRO team! I was confident in their expertise and their ability to solve the issues affordably. I would be happy to use them again should the need arise. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

We had water damage from a leaking toilet. From the first call, it was clear that their priority was to get someone out as quickly as possible. In fact, I had to tell them it would work better for me to have them come the next day rather than the same day I called! Every person who came to the house was extremely kind and respectful and helpful. They removed my floor very quickly and cleanly and had it dried out and treated two moldy areas with anti-fungal treatment. I have had water damage in the past and at that time I used a competing company but this experience was much more pleasant and helpful. I had not been happy with the competing company because for some reason they had stapled a plastic makeshift wall into our non-affected hardwood floors and to this day I have the staple holes in my refinished floors. I highly recommend SERVPRO and they will be my only call if something like this ever happens again.

I had a leak in my master bathroom shower and contacted Rob at SERVPRO. They were quick to respond and had a great team to assist on drying out everything. They provided a great solution on drying of the subflooring and crawlspace area even while it was cold weather outside. Everything was taken care of and they were very nice during the entire process. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our water heater burst and flooded our house. The week before Christmas. SERVPRO sent their guys out right away and they dried everything out and cleaned up the mess quickly in the next few days. Their staff is professional, efficient and on time with needed follow up. They took the stress off of us and just did what they do best. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

After our dishwasher malfunctioned, causing 3ft of water damage, SERVPRO came out at 4 am to remove the water and the damaged floors. Many thanks for the assistance!

We had our washing machine overflow in the middle of the night and reached out to SERVPRO of North Nashville. Someone got back to us within minutes despite it being 2:30am. They were incredibly helpful and had a crew out early the next morning. They came back daily for 7 days and every SERVPRO employee that came out to our home was polite, helpful, professional and thorough. I certainly hope to never have an issue like water damage again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. We had our flooding issue the week of Thanksgiving but they went above and beyond to make the situation as easy as possible on us and accommodate our hectic holiday schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
