Brandon Miner is a Restoration Manager at SERVPRO Team Dixon, where he oversees water, fire, mold, and Biohazard restoration projects from start to finish. He coordinates with customers, insurance carriers, and technicians to ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently.

Adienna started at SERVPRO in July, 2021 as Administrative Assistant, but it quickly became apparent that she was exceptionally talented in multiple areas and was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Owner shortly thereafter. She adds tremendous value to our company and does it all with a servant's heart.

Joey Ellis is a Business Development Executive at SERVPRO in Nashville and is known as the go-to problem-solver for GMs, engineers, and builders across the city. When disaster strikes from fire, water, mold, or even a 20-story sign repair, Joey gets the call and delivers fast, discreet, no-drama solutions.

Since 2006, Rob Dixon has led SERVPRO^®; with a steadfast commitment to excellence in restoration and reconstruction services. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry and a host of professional certifications, Rob is passionate about developing people and building a company culture rooted in trust, stewardship, and service.

Rob’s leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: take care of our team so they can take care of our customers. Under his guidance, SERVPRO^®; has become known not just for its high-quality work, but for its people-first approach.

When he’s not leading the charge at SERVPRO^®;, Rob enjoys time with young family, traveling, staying active in his church, watching sports, and creating memories that matter.

Shannon Warner is the Director of Business Development for Team Dixon, where she leads with heart, purpose, and a passion for service. Since joining SERVPRO in 2017, Shannon has become a trusted partner in emergency preparedness and response, especially within the commercial real estate space.

Ryan is a Project Manager in the Construction Division. Ryna has spent the past 14 years in the construction and restoration industry, earning multiple certifications along the way. As a Middle Tennessee native, he has called Nashville home for the last 20 years. When Ryan is not working, you’ll find him traveling, playing golf, or cheering on Nashville’s local teams. But above all, the best part of his life is his wife and two daughters.

Paul is the Construction Division Estimator, has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, and holds a degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. A lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee, Paul has called Gallatin home, except for his time in Knoxville during college. He and his wife, Kelly, have been happily married for 20 years and have two children, Luke (17) and Katherine (14). Their family is actively involved at First Baptist Church Hendersonville where Paul is a deacon and a member of the Stewardship Committee.

Martye has been with SERVPRO Team Dixon’s repairs division since July 2021, serving as the Construction Coordinator. With a passion for communication and organization, Martye is often the first point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth project coordination and timely updates. She is proud to work alongside such a talented and dedicated team, bringing professionalism and expertise to every project.

Matt Seay is the Fire and Contents Division Restoration Manager at SERVPRO Team Dixon. He manages and coordinates all projects involving fire damage and contents restoration services, as well as deodorization and general cleaning services. He approaches every project with a focus on empathy, stewardship, and customer experience.

Owen Tidwell is a dedicated Property Restoration Inspector with over 15 years of experience in estimating property damages, offering in-home inspections and estimates for both mitigation and repairs. He understands how stressful unexpected property damage can be and is committed to guiding homeowners through each step of the process, providing reassurance and clarity.

Angela joined SERVPRO in 2023 as a receptionist and transitioned into the Job File Coordinator role in early 2025. Often the first point of contact for customers facing water, fire, or mold damage, she provides clarity and comfort during stressful times. With a degree in Child Development and Family Studies, Angela brings years of experience supporting families in crisis through roles in domestic violence services, healthcare benefits, and kidney care.

Alan Hardison is the General Manager of SERVPRO Team Dixon, where he leads operations across multiple franchise territories with a focus on trust, accountability, and team culture. With roots in insurance and a restoration career that began in 2009, Alan is known for his strategic mindset, operational insight, and genuine care for people

Polly Carman is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville, where she collaborates with customers and managers to ensure that job files are meticulously maintained and processed in accordance with industry standards. With over 15 years of experience, Polly holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Crew Chief, Carpet Cleaning, Contents Handling, and Xactimate.

Gauge Muncy has worked in the restoration business for almost three years and takes a lot of pride in helping people when they need it most. Gauge currently focuses on growing within SERVPRO and is excited about the path ahead as he builds his career in the industry.

Cody Smith is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Belle Meade, known for his technical skill, positive attitude, and customer-first approach. With certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), he brings two years of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to excellence on every job.

Jonathan Felts is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO, where he leads mitigation projects and on-site crews with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Jonathan believes in working hard, staying accountable, and always putting the customer first.

Yeimy is a Restoration Technician with two years of experience with SERVPRO Team Dixon, specializing in mitigation services. She holds a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and actively continues her professional development to deepen her industry knowledge, enhance her performance in the field, and advance within the company.

Mariangel Infante is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO in Nashville, TN. Mariangel specializes in water damage restoration and holds a WRT IICRC certification. She’s passionate about helping people recover after disasters and takes pride in leaving a lasting, positive impression on every client.
