Michelle joined SERVPRO Team Harloe in October 2023 as our Accounts Payable specialist. Her attention to detail and dedication to keeping things running smoothly have quickly made her an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Michelle loves spending quality time with her grandbaby and enjoys trips to Pigeon Forge, TN, where she finds relaxation and fun. Her commitment both at work and in life makes her a valuable member of our SERVPRO^®; family.

Khristina embarked on her journey with SERVPRO^®; in 2023, starting as a Job File Coordinator and swiftly advancing to the Accounts Receivable position. In her current capacity, Khristina skillfully handles financial, administrative, and clerical tasks. Her responsibilities include ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency, processing incoming payments, and safeguarding revenue through meticulous verification and posting of receipts. On a personal note, Khristina is a devoted mother to her 8-year-old child, who she affectionately describes as 'the love of her life.' When not at work, she relishes spending time with her family and unwinds by playing video games, striking a balance between her professional responsibilities and personal interests.

Scott, our diligent Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO^®;, exemplifies the spirit of adaptability and skill. Initially serving as our Office Manager, he enthusiastically embraced the chance to shift to the Warehouse Manager role, a move that highlighted his versatility and commitment. Recognizing his exceptional skills, particularly his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, we were confident in his ability to bring significant improvements to our warehouse operations. This change has not only enhanced the warehouse's functionality but also contributed substantially to the overall efficiency and productivity of our company. Scott's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, complemented by his valuable experience in manufacturing and municipal government sectors. On a personal note, Scott enjoys a fulfilling family life, happily married and a proud father to a son and a daughter.

Jeff began his career with SERVPRO^®; in the summer of 2010, bringing his passion for community service to the forefront of his work. He finds immense satisfaction in aiding and connecting with community members, a commitment reflected in his involvement in thousands of water and fire damage restoration projects. As an engaged community member, Jeff plays an active role in The Clemson Rotary Club and has recently ascended to a leadership position as a Chairman on the board of the Easley Chamber of Commerce. His dedication has been recognized through multiple service awards in both Clemson and Easley. Jeff's unwavering commitment to SERVPRO^®;'s success is matched only by his dedication to serving his community in every way possible.

Kaitlyn has been with SERVPRO Team Harloe since December 2023, bringing her creativity and enthusiasm to her role as Marketing. Her passion for swing dancing, west coast dancing, and lindy hop shines through in her energetic approach to both work and life. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys karaoke, always ready to belt out a tune and have a good time. Her vibrant personality and marketing skills make her a dynamic and valuable member of our team.

Brooke became a part of the SERVPRO^®; team in 2022 as a Job File Coordinator and quickly demonstrated her capabilities, earning a promotion to Reconstruction Administrator. With an impressive 14 years of customer service experience under her belt, Brooke has significantly enhanced her current role. Her chief responsibility involves coordinating the efforts of our Reconstruction team, a task that she executes with a keen focus on customer engagement and assistance. Brooke is renowned for her friendly demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills, attributes that enable her to establish meaningful connections with customers and colleagues alike. This proficiency not only contributes to a positive work environment but also ensures the smooth functioning of her team. In her personal life, Brooke values the time spent with her family, striking a harmonious balance between her professional commitments and her family life.

Steve has been with SERVPRO Team Harloe since July 2023, serving as our Reconstruction Estimator. As a Marine veteran, he brings a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail to every project, ensuring high-quality results. Outside of work, Steve spends his time working on his family’s farm and practicing Jiu-jitsu. His well-rounded experience and commitment make him a vital asset to our team.

Luis recently became a valued member of our SERVPRO^®; team, taking on the role of a Reconstruction Technician. His background is rich with diverse experiences, encompassing Reconstruction, Project Management, Water Mitigation, Maintenance, and Estimating, among other areas. This multifaceted skill set makes him a significant asset to our team. Additionally, Luis is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, which enhances his ability to communicate effectively in a variety of contexts. His impressive resume is further augmented by his service as a Corporal in the Marine Corps, a testament to his discipline, leadership, and commitment. Luis's combination of technical expertise, language skills, and military background contributes greatly to the depth and efficiency of our team.

Brian joined SERVPRO Team Harloe in September 2024, bringing with him several years of experience from his time with SERVPRO^®; in Maryland. Now serving as a Project Manager, Brian's expertise and dedication to ensuring smooth operations have made him a strong addition to the team. His commitment to excellence and project leadership make him a valuable asset as he continues his SERVPRO journey with us.

Josh has been a valued member of SERVPRO^®; Team Harloe for a few years, bringing his expertise and dedication to his role as Project Manager. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to seeing projects through to completion, he’s become an integral part of the team. When he’s not at work, Josh enjoys working on cars, combining his passion for mechanics with his love of problem-solving. His dedication and skills both on and off the job make him a key asset to our team.

Mike recently embarked on his journey with SERVPRO^®;, joining our team as a Water Technician. He expresses great enthusiasm about expanding his expertise in water mitigation and is equally eager to cross-train in areas like fire restoration, mold mitigation, and biohazard removal. Mike is driven by the prospect of assisting the community and is keen to explore the diverse opportunities that SERVPRO offers. In his personal life, Mike has a passion for mechanics, with a particular interest in working on vehicles. This hobby not only serves as a creative outlet but also allows him to spend quality time with his children, blending his professional aspirations with his personal interests and family life.

Austin joined SERVPRO^®; Team Harloe in March 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Garrett joined SERVPRO^®; Team Harloe in July 2024, quickly bringing his strong work ethic and positive attitude to the team. Elise has been with SERVPRO Team Harloe for a couple of years, serving as our Fire Crew Chief. Outside of work, Elise loves spending time with her nephew, cherishing the moments they share together. Her commitment to both her work and family makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Maria joined the SERVPRO^®; team in 2021 as a Cleaning Technician and has since become an integral part of our workforce, greatly enjoying her role. Her diverse interests include cooking and dancing, activities that reflect her dynamic personality. Fluent in Spanish, Maria is currently enhancing her language skills by taking English classes, demonstrating her dedication to personal and professional growth. She is a proud mother of two children, with one pursuing college education and the other in their senior year of high school. In her leisure time, Maria loves to unwind and socialize with friends, adding balance to her life. Hayley joined SERVPRO^®; Team Harloe in June 2024 as a cleaning technician. Her dedication to delivering thorough and efficient cleaning services has quickly made her a valued part of the team.
