We had a significant flood at our church. SERVPRO was great to work with. We talked to a couple companies before beginning the work. The other company didn’t understand how to deal with insurance. SERVPRO knew how to draw everything up with the details the adjustor needed to do his job. The project took a while and anytime I needed something, they were only a text away. Our project was completed over a year ago. I noticed something was still not quite right with something. I sent them a text to see if they could check it out. They not only came the next day, they were able to fix it on the spot. I am very satisfied with the end result and their willingness to stand behind their work.
