About Us
We are Carly and William A. Harloe III, the passionate owners of SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties. With over 20 years of experience in the family business, we embarked on our own venture by establishing a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, a journey that began just before the onset of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, we successfully launched our business, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our community. We are committed to treating each customer with utmost care and respect.
Our Oconee location witnessed remarkable growth within the first 18 months, leading to the acquisition of the SERVPRO of Pickens location, culminating in our rebranded entity, SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties.
We understand the stress and turmoil caused by fire or water damage, and how disruptive it can be to both personal and professional lives. Our objective is not just to remedy these situations but to do so in a way that minimizes disruption, aiming to restore normalcy 'like it never even happened.' We had a significant flood at our church. SERVPRO was great to work with. We talked to a couple companies before beginning the work. The other company didn’t understand how to deal with insurance. SERVPRO knew how to draw everything up with the details the adjustor needed to do his job. The project took a while and anytime I needed something, they were only a text away. Our project was completed over a year ago. I noticed something was still not quite right with something. I sent them a text to see if they could check it out. They not only came the next day, they were able to fix it on the spot. I am very satisfied with the end result and their willingness to stand behind their work. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to do water remediation and other repairs. Extra shout out to Richard for being so great to work with!
