Established in late 2020, we began during one of the roughest times in history, the COVID-19 pandemic. Our franchise owners picked this beautiful area filled with lakes, mountains, and some of the most breathtaking scenery ever seen. Tucked away in the Golden Corner of the Upstate, our crews have worked tirelessly with the community to assist in the tornado clean up upon arriving to the area. We also assisted in making sure local businesses were able to stay open by providing cleaning and sanitation services. Our local franchise has built a foundation here and immersed ourselves within the community.
We answer all calls day or night for all of Oconee and South Anderson Counties. The towns we service in Oconee County are Fair Play, Long Creek, Mountain Rest, Newry, Seneca, Salem, Tamassee, Walhalla, Westminster, and West Union. In South Anderson County towns include, Anderson, Belton, Powdersville, Honea Path, Iva, Pelzer, Pendleton, Starr, and Townville In addition to servicing the local communities we send parts of our team to national storm disasters that occur throughout the year.

My husband decided to run the dishwasher during the night and used the wrong detergent and water ended up flooding our whole entire kitchen and living room affected our furniture and my 2 year old's toy chest. I called really late freaking out and they said they could actually come out within 2 hours. I was impressed because I figured that I would have to wait until the next day and I didn't know what to do with standing water in my house! I've never experienced this before and they were very helpful with fixing everything and explaining what they were doing and what needed to be done. I am SO thankful for them. Hopefully this wont happen to me again, but if it does I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you so much SERVPRO! Joe and I appreciate you!
SERVPRO came to my house when we had our water heater bust. We had about 7 inches of water in our basement. Within about 40 minutes of us calling they were here. They were very quick with the mitigation and the had all the water out and set equipment within the 3 hours they were here. The crew was very nice and efficient.

We are Carly and William A. Harloe III, the passionate owners of SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties. With over 20 years of experience in the family business, we embarked on our own venture by establishing a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, a journey that began just before the onset of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, we successfully launched our business, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our community. We are committed to treating each customer with utmost care and respect.
Our Oconee location witnessed remarkable growth within the first 18 months, leading to the acquisition of the SERVPRO of Pickens location, culminating in our rebranded entity, SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties.
