It’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, small particles of odor-producing residue will continue to generate odors.
3. Re-create the conditions that caused penetration:
Distribute a deodorizer to a surface in a manner similar to the how the odor-causing substances penetrated the surface. For example is smoke created the problem, a deodorizing "smoke" or fog would be most effective in removing them.
4. Seal surfaces exposed to odors:
Severe situations may require sealing and can be used if odor removal would be too expensive or impractical

SERVPRO was so great to work with. They were so timely and responsive. Each and everyone of the workers were very respectful of our home and personal space and were friendly. Not only was the customer service good, but the quality of the work they did was good as well.
