As a locally owned and operated business, SERVPRO of Mount Pleasant is close by and ready to respond to your cleaning or restoration needs. Our office has been a family run office for more then 40 years, so we have the expertise to help. We work with most property managers, insurances and have several national accounts. Serv-Pro responded so quickly to a call for assistance to address a leak in our vacation home! They went to work immediately removing damaged drywall, etc. and cleaning some mold off the walls. Kevin was so responsive to texts and phone calls and so easy to work with! Believe me, I contacted him frequently! He also scheduled contractors to fix drywall and paint, to replace damaged doors, and then had people to clean everything up when the work was finished. I met some of his people and they were so nice and helpful. Kevin and all the people that work with him gave us confidence in the work being done and also that our belongings (which the various workers had to move around to do the work) were in good hands! We're very appreciative!
I recently had an extensive leak that created a large amount of damage. Kevin and his team responded immediately after I placed the call. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. If you ever find yourself in the same situation, I highly recommend SERVPRO of Mount Pleasant.
Kevin and his team responded quickly to our needs. A pet accident emergency warranted fast action to clean carpets and upholstery.
