As most know, when storms come, we have a list of clients in need of help. We took the time to put all our previous storm customers on the list ahead of the storm. Ms. Ginny Bush, stated "You’re very kind to even put us on your list after the last insurance fiasco!   We have a different carrier now——so with any luck, any future problem will be handled by a different claims adjustment company."

Last year, Ms. Bush, had some insurance discrepancies. We guided her through the issues. It took sometime, but she was reimbursed for her claim. 

We are pleased to help her again this storm, although, we would prefer her to not go through another storm. Thank you, Ms. Bush.  

We have been working with Ms. Bush and her husband during hurricane Matthew, in which she has not been successful with her insurance claim. We are diligently working to get her claim finished. Ms. Bush states "You and Kevin have been incredibly patient and understanding with us"

Serv-Pro responded so quickly to a call for assistance to address a leak in our vacation home! They went to work immediately removing damaged drywall, etc. and cleaning some mold off the walls. Kevin was so responsive to texts and phone calls and so easy to work with! Believe me, I contacted him frequently! He also scheduled contractors to fix drywall and paint, to replace damaged doors, and then had people to clean everything up when the work was finished. I met some of his people and they were so nice and helpful. Kevin and all the people that work with him gave us confidence in the work being done and also that our belongings (which the various workers had to move around to do the work) were in good hands! We're very appreciative!

I recently had an extensive leak that created a large amount of damage. Kevin and his team responded immediately after I placed the call. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. If you ever find yourself in the same situation, I highly recommend SERVPRO of Mount Pleasant.
