If you need someone to help for a water disaster in your house, SERVPRO is the company to call! Paul Williams, Mitigation Manager, led the team and helped me understand what was going to take place. Jose Arvizu, Restoration Supervisor , was amazing to take action to survey the immediate damage and start the process of restoration. SERVPRO came to my townhouse at 10 pm on a Tuesday night when my toilet was overflowing due to tree roots in the pipes. He and Steve Stumpf, worked diligently until 1 am installing dehumidifiers and Hepa equipment. Servpro was on site within 2 hours to begin water extraction and securing many fans and dehumidifiers in 4 separate unit's. Supply line to toilet broke and tenants were away for the night.
