Jose Arvizu, Restoration Supervisor , was amazing to take action to survey the immediate damage and start the process of restoration. SERVPRO came to my townhouse at 10 pm on a Tuesday night when my toilet was overflowing due to tree roots in the pipes. He and Steve Stumpf, worked diligently until 1 am installing dehumidifiers and Hepa equipment. Both of them helped move items from the floors that were in the water path and roll my carpets back from the water. They were back everyday checking on the equipment.
