Jose Arvizu, Restoration Supervisor , was amazing to take action to survey the immediate damage and start the process of restoration. SERVPRO came to my townhouse at 10 pm on a Tuesday night when my toilet was overflowing due to tree roots in the pipes. He and Steve Stumpf, worked diligently until 1 am installing dehumidifiers and Hepa equipment. Servpro was on site within 2 hours to begin water extraction and securing many fans and dehumidifiers in 4 separate unit's. Supply line to toilet broke and tenants were away for the night.
