I had a flood in my basement so I called servers. The place was a mess. When Ray Bolduc arrived he was the most caring person I have ever dealt with. He explained all the questions I had. Then Richard and Andres arrived to start the work they had to do trying to get the water up and setting up the fans etc. This all happened on new years eve. They were great. Then a Jonathan and Zulma arrived to clean up the horrible mess. They were so professional and nice. I have never dealt with such a wonderful team. My basement looked amazing. Our third floor bathroom leaked which caused water damage on three floors. Jonathon Marciniak was a great project manager; he was timely, organized, very knowledgeable and with his team (including the office staff who responded quickly to my initial email), took the necessary steps to identify and remediate the water damage that occurred. His on-site team - including Austin and Jose - were highly professional and very competent. No one wants to be in a position to need these types of services, but if I ever do need them again, I am calling Jonathon and SERVPRO.

I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but I would be remised if I didn't share the positive experience, I had with this SERVPRO location. I had a tenant report possible mold growth in the basement, near the washer and dryer. Jonathan came out, showed up when he said he would, throughout inspected the basement, took note of measures we took, suggested a few more and assured us that he found nothing was out of the ordinary. He was professional and didn't try to sell us unnecessary services. In a time when you hear stories of high-pressure contractors selling and upselling unnecessary services, it was refreshing to be treated honestly and professionally and though I didn't need to hire SERVPRO this time, after the treatment I received, you can be sure, they will be my first call when something like this happens again.
