I had a flood in my basement so I called servers. The place was a mess. When Ray Bolduc arrived he was the most caring person I have ever dealt with. He explained all the questions I had. Then Richard and Andres arrived to start the work they had to do trying to get the water up and setting up the fans etc. This all happened on new years eve. They were great. Then a Jonathan and Zulma arrived to clean up the horrible mess. They were so professional and nice. I have never dealt with such a wonderful team. My basement looked amazing. Thank you for your fast storm response following Hurricane Ian, which caused extensive damage to our Florida home. Jonathan was quick to respond as soon as we requested help with water damage. The project manager, Daury, and crew chief, José, were professional and took great care to ensure all the damaged areas were located and mitigated. Raymond and his mitigation team were a breeze to work with. They responded quickly to my home to assess the damages and got to work right away! This type of response is key when there is any type of water damage to your home. Their prompt attention and professional manner made this disaster a little less painful! Highly recommend.
Our third floor bathroom leaked which caused water damage on three floors. Jonathon Marciniak was a great project manager; he was timely, organized, very knowledgeable and with his team (including the office staff who responded quickly to my initial email), took the necessary steps to identify and remediate the water damage that occurred. His on-site team - including Austin and Jose - were highly professional and very competent. No one wants to be in a position to need these types of services, but if I ever do need them again, I am calling Jonathon and SERVPRO.

Everyone was beyond responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating with my family and young children, and respectful of our home - so much so, that they turned a difficult situation from water damage into a pleasant/pleasurable experience.
