Known for his expert-level fuzziness and unrivaled commitment to mid-shift naps, he keeps morale high and productivity… interesting. When he’s not supervising cleanup operations (from his bed), Torgal is busy wrecking anything within paw’s reach.
Brian Dougherty
Brian Dougherty has been in the SERVPRO world for over 12 years. His primary roles and responsibilities have been compliance work for multiple SERVPRO owners throughout PA and NJ. Brian has his IICRC WRT Cert and is looking to continue growth through additional Certifications. SERVPRO of Reading Twp, York City is lucky to have him on board!
Kevin Paul
Kevin Paul has over 15 years under his belt in the SERVPRO business. He is the owner of both SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton and Reading Twp, York City. Kevin is IIRC WRT certified and keeps things running smoothly where ever he is needed day to day, whether that's scheduling and helping out with marketing events or getting emergency work done in mitigation; he knows every part of the business through and through.
Nick Romaninsky
Nick Romaninski is one of our Production Managers. He came from a background with multiple years of experience and training with SERVPRO as a production technician, before working his way up to managing his own team.
Alec Stoner
Alec Stoner is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Reading Twp, York City. Coming with several years of experience in the water, fire and mold remediation industry he's excited to use his knowledge here and solve problems the SERVPRO®; way!
Eric Varnes
Eric Varnes has been with SERVPRO®; for 17 years! He has many IIRC certifications and is a great asset to have working with us. Along with project management he will be focusing on employee relations and training to keep our techs prepared for every situation.

Matt is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO Although Matthew is newer to SERVPRO, he fits the team like a glove. He's customer oriented and driven to make your unforeseen mishap like it never even happened.
Kassie Hums
Kassie is the office administrator at SERVPRO of Reading Twp, York City, and she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She comes from a background in dental office administration, bringing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Outside of work, Kassie enjoys flying and working on planes, and she’s also known for baking sweet treats to share with the team. Her upbeat personality and love for helping others make her an important part of our SERVPRO family.
Corey Wolfe
Corey Wolfe is a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO, as well as the owner of Woof Baf in York City, where he is an active and dedicated member of the local community!
Sabrina Dougherty
Sabrina is our Business Development and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Reading Twp, York City. As Brian’s little sister, she started her SERVPRO journey as a technician, gaining hands-on experience before moving into marketing and community outreach.
Riley Rowe
Riley was the youngest member of our SERVPRO team and a newly promoted crew lead who brought enthusiasm, kindness, and a strong work ethic to every job. Outside of work, Riley loved fishing and spending time outdoors, where his adventurous spirit truly shined. Unfortunately, Riley passed away on February 2, 2026. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a cherished member of our SERVPRO family.

Hector is a Technician Crew Lead at SERVPRO of Reading Twp, York City, where he’s been a valued team member for over a year. Known for his strong work ethic and great sense of humor, he keeps the crew motivated and the job site upbeat — always finding a way to make everyone laugh.

We had a major water heater leak and SERVPRO did an excellent job cleaning up the water and the damaged flooring. I could not have ask for a better crew {Joe, Riley and Alec} they stayed on a Friday night until 8 and came back Saturday to finish the job. Alec the project manager was here every day for the next 4 days checking on the drying equipment. Would recommend SERVPRO to anyone.
I called SERVPRO when I discovered more than 50% of my large basement floor covered in water with many stored items completely soaked or ruined. Adding to my “panic” was the fact that I had planned to be leaving town. SERVPRO responded immediately, spending several hours that same day, removing the water and inspecting and sorting belongings. They were great at triage! Nick, the production manager, was wonderfully calm and positive which helped me feel not so overwhelmed. He patiently explained to me the entire process required which can be confusing and requires at least a few days. He was concerned and devised a plan that allowed me to salvage an abbreviated trip while still getting the basement treated. He communicated well with my insurance. On one of the work days a second problem appeared, a plumbing leak through the ceiling of my family room. Nick immediately set about partially removing the ceiling to find the leak source. With two projects going, SERVPRO has been totally on top of things. I want to thank Natasha, Cody, Joe, and Hector, as well as Nick. They were always pleasant and polite and very careful and neat - which isn’t easy when moving bulky, heavy equipment, supplies, and tools in and out of the house and basement. They arrived on time. They moved furniture, covered it and floors for protection, and covered doorways to contain dust, mold, and mess. They consulted with me before various stages of work and gave me the understanding and time to go through things that needed to be discarded. I appreciated having some options and not feeling totally out of control! This group worked exceptionally well as a team. Although I hope to never need these services again, LOL, I wouldn’t hesitate to call SERVPRO next time or recommend them to a friend.
Our half bath randomly flooded and SERVPRO was the first company I called to come out and help. Brian was super helpful over the phone, explaining the details of what I can expect and when Eric and Joe came by to assess the issue, they were very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!
