Meet Our Team

Mike is the Owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Langhorne/Bensalem. He has more than a decade of experience managing operations at SERVPRO. Mike is a Penn State graduate and a big hockey fan.

Jason is our General Manager and has over 10 years experience under his belt managing operations for SERVPRO. He has an additional 9 years of project management experience. Jason currently holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and First & Smoke Restoration Technician. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys all sports while also being a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan.

Dan Floirendo is our Field Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Langhorne/Bensalem. Dan has 14 years of restoration experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification: Master Water Restoration Technician, Master Fire Restoration Technician, Master Textile Cleaning Technician. Dan is also a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor & Certified Mold Inspector! On his off time, he loves to camp with his family and hang with his pets.

Madeline has worked over 14 years for SERVPRO. She has worked in every aspect of the company as Administration Assistant, Office Management, Estimator and now as our Construction File Coordinator. Madeline is IICRC certified (WTR), has Xactimate Training and Pack out and Contents Strategies Training. Madeline has several degrees in Music, Liberal Arts and Applied Science. She enjoys photography and spending time with her family and friends especially during the Philadelphia sports games. She has also dedicated her time and energy to the National Kidney Foundation and Love You Mucho Foundation.

Lizbeth is our Mitigation Administrator and handles aspects of office related responsibilities. She is our main point of contact for our customers, insurance companies, and vendors. With her addition, our office has been able to run more smoothly. In her spare time she enjoys working for the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Wings.

Jerome Counts is the Contents Division Manager. He leads and optimizes all content operations, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Jerome holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He enjoys basketball, football, and baseball. Outside of work, he coaches basketball at WeR1 Youth Association and the SERVPRO Ballers.

Steve is a Reconstruction Manager. He is a construction expert with extensive restoration knowledge and building expertise. Since joining our team three years ago, he has restored countless homes and businesses to pre-damage conditions. Steve earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Rowan University and has electrical technical training.

Michael is one of our Reconstruction Managers. He manages projects, interacts with clients on and off site, negotiates with insurance adjusters and writes estimates. He has Xactimate 2 level certification and has taken many construction courses. He is also certified as an Asbestos Building Inspector. In his spare time, he likes Gaming, Exercising and Reading. Fun fact about Michael-He loves learning new things and enjoying the outdoors.
